With an extension of approximately 1,200 metres<\/strong>, this beach has been awarded the blue flag<\/strong> for the quality of its waters and its environmental care. It has all the services of a large beach<\/strong>, such as showers, toilets, lifeguards and umbrellas, as well as a promenade with palm trees where you can enjoy a walk in the shade and try the typical food of the Mediterranean coast in its restaurants. Finally, if you are one of those who prefer to take advantage of the good weather to do nautical activities<\/strong>, on this beach you will find the Club de Mar<\/strong> where you can enjoy activities such as kayaking, paddle surfing and snorkelling.<\/p>\n On the other hand, the beach of<\/strong> Estany Gelat<\/strong>, located in an area declared a protected natural space. At 400 metres long, it is peculiar because of the small lake it forms and also because it hides a bunker from the Spanish Civil War.<\/p>\n Another of these is Pixerota Beach<\/strong>, Joan Mir\u00f3<\/strong>‘s favourite beach. The surrealist artist loved to go down to his country house and swim in the crystalline waters of this beach.
