Until the eighties, it was known as Vilaseca de Solcina and later became Vila-seca and Salou. It is a town that stands out as a family tourism destination by the sea. A visit to the castle, whose origins date back to the 12th century, is a must. Next to it is the <strong>Celler Noucentista<\/strong> de la Cooperativa Agr\u00edcola, whose building was designed by the architect Pere Dom\u00e9nech Roura, son of the modernist <strong>Lluis Dom\u00e9nech<\/strong>.
